Jags QB Blaine Gabbert sprained his thumb on the follow-through when he hit a Jets defender in the helmet. He left the game after the injury, going 13-16 for 165 yards. Jags coach Gus Bradley stated that Gabbert was due to come out, so he didn’t miss any planned snaps
