Anther blowout loss for the Knicks comes with another highlight reel quote from star forward Carmelo Anthony.
The Knicks were blown out by the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday, making seem even more likely that Mike Woodson will soon meet his end as the teams head coach.
After dropping to 5-15, a digusted Carmelo Anthony was quoted as saying that “the losing is becoming unacceptable” according to the New York Post.
“I don’t want to keep using [the word] embarrassing,’’ Anthony said. “We had two already — Boston and San Antonio. Right now the losing is becoming unacceptable. Hopefully everybody feels that way. I can’t be the only one feeling like that.’’
When asked about changes taking place, Anthony wouldn’t touch the subject.
“I’m not thinking about it right now,’’ Anthony said when asked if changes are on the way. “If that was to happen we deal with it when it comes. We start thinking about that we’d be 5-25.’’
