Peterson isn’t the brightest guy around. The last thing Peterson needed was something else to happen to sully his reputation, but I guess the stress was getting to him, so he decided to get high. Here are the details.
Peterson had to submit to a court-ordered drug test as a condition of his bond in his child abuse case in Texas … and according to the docs, he submitted to a urine test on Wednesday.
According to the docs, during the testing process, Peterson admitted to an employee of the company that conducted the testing that he recently “smoked a little weed.”
Now, prosecutors say that is a direct violation of the terms of his bond — and have asked the court to order him to be arrested.
While smoking a little weed isn’t the worse thing in the world, I’d advise Peterson to stop smoking, tweeting, posting bible scriptures and just be quiet until this whole thing is resolved. This isn’t even about weed, this is about someone so arrogant that he thought he could smoke weed, tell the tester about and nothing would happen.
Montgomery County prosecutors have filed documents to have Adrian Peterson arrested after he admitted to using drugs, FOX 26 News learned.
