Ann Killion is a sports columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle and she should know better than to tweet something like this.
She deleted the Tweet, but nothing is ever deleted on Twitter and Twitter let decided to let their feelings be known on the issue.
@annkillion Nice tweet you deleted! Your journalism is unprofessional & embarrassing. #NewGoal: get this ugly butch "reporter" fired

Regardless of your personal opinion about Jameis Winston, the facts are he has never been charged with a crime and as a journalist you can’t just drop your personal feelings on the matter in a public forum.
She honestly should be ashamed of herself, we expect journalist to be fair and unbiased, but how can we believe that when they behave like Ms. Killion. When Jameis Winston gets drafted in the NFL, how can anyone take anything Ms. Killion says about him seriously. What does she say about Colin Kaepernick behind his back since he was accused but never charged with rape? I feel she should be seriously reprimanded by the San Francisco Chronicle.
