He may have some domestic issues to figure out, but Joseph Randle is in the clear when it comes to his marijuana charges in Kansas.
Police spokesman Lt. James Espinoza said the charge, suspicion of marijuana possession, was dropped Friday because there were some inconsistencies.
Espinoza said dropping the charge allows them to present any charges that result from the ongoing investigation to prosecutors at one time. Randle was arrested but not taken into custody early Tuesday after the mother of his child, Dalia Jacobs called 911 to report that she fought with him in a hotel room.
