Adrian Peterson gave a brief statement to ESPN’s Josina Anderson about why he has been absent from Vikings OTAs.
Here is what he had to say.
“The reason I’m not attending OTAs has nothing to do with wanting to be traded. It’s about securing my future with the Vikings. It’s business, not personal and I understand that firsthand. Go Vikings.”
Still took a subtle shot at the Vikings, we will see what happens when training camp rolls around.
Sounds like he just wants more guaranteed money, if I was the Vikings at least for this year, I don’t give him a dime more than he is owed.
