Aaron Hernandez and his legal team have their backs against the goal line. It’s late in the game, Aaron Hernandez and his teammate are down by 6 needing a touchdown to win and they have one last play to call. This play would be similar to throwing 8 or 9 lateral passes as the clock runs out with hopes of scoring a touchdown similar to the Tennessee Titans Music City Miracle, just in the courtroom.
According to TMZ.com, Aaron Hernandez is now claiming that one of the jurors may have had something against him before the trail started placing a target on his back. Hernandez’s legal team has filed a flaw in the Odin Lloyd murder case with hopes of having Hernandez murder charges overturned.
Hernandez lawyers have acknowledge that they have received a tip from a woman claiming that she recognized one of the jurors whose ID was revealed. She has also led Hernandez lawyers to believe that she can prove that this jury member had ties to the Odin Lloyd case and that they were hoping to end up on the jury. Here’s the catch, the woman hasn’t released her identity and remains a anonymous. She called the legal team from a blocked number yet refused to release her name out of fear.
This seem like a “trick play” as I stated before. There are to many holes in this story and no physical evidence. Who’s to say the mystery woman will even come forward. I guess it’s worth a try but my guess it this will have no real effect on Hernandez’s ruling.
