Greg Hardy is still mulling what to do in regards to his suspension, and so will Tom Brady according to ABC News.
ABC and ESPN legal analyst Ryan Smith reported, via NFLPA reps, that the union plans to challenge the league in federal court in the event the appeal ruling results in any suspension for Brady.

Lawyers for Brady and the union did huddle on Monday. One development from that: If there's a lawsuit, plan is to file in Minnesota or Mass.
