Von Miller has been a dominant force on the field for the Broncos for the last few years. Since being drafted with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2011 draft, Miller has proved he belongs in the league with his 49 sacks and 225 tackles. His 3 Pro Bowl selections put him in the conversation of best linebackers in the NFL but none of that has been enough to stop Miller from being asked about current defensive player of the year J.J. Watt.
“You all ask this every year,” said Miller. “It’s about the same week every year. J.J., he’s an awesome talent. He’s incredible, a once-in-a-lifetime player, but I am a once-in-a-lifetime player, too. I feel like I go out there and I can play with the best.”
Miller does have a point, he and Watt are both very talented players but Watt seems to have an intensity level on the field that is unmatched. Miller should feel a little slighted that he’s constantly asked about Watt which he should turn into motivation on the field.
