Terrell Owens has been trying to get back into the league since he last played with the Bengals in 2010. Recently T.O had his agent reach out to the Cowboys about signing him. Now T.O. went on 94WIP’s Mike & Ike Show and talked about how he could help the Eagles right now. Here are some of what T.O. said.
“You think that I shouldn’t be playing right now?” Owens said. “I definitely could be playing right now, but based on my character—yeah, people can say, ‘Oh he’s 41.’…But I’m not your average 41-year-old and Ike you can attest to that. And when I was on that football field, I felt like I was the best thing out there and it was due to how hungry I was and how dedicated I was.”
T.O had a very good with the Bengals his last year. T.O is absolutely right that he’s not in the league because of his attitude in the past. The perception that T.O. comes with attitude and baggage. It’s a good life lesson for others sometimes it’s not about how you actually perform if people have a bad impression about your attitude.
