Derrick Rose is being sued for $21.5 million by a woman who accuses him and his friends for gang raping her.
Rose has denied the accusation by saying everything was consensual and she is just doing this for a money grab.
According to The Jasmine Brand, Rose’s associations have replied to the lawsuit as well. Here is what they had to say.
On December 3rd, Rose’s close friend Ryan Allen and the NBA star’s personal manager Randall Hampton – both co-defendants in the case – have filed their response to the allegations they date raped the woman.
Both men blast the woman suing them accusing her of lying about what really happened. They both deny the claims they date raped her with Rose.
Further, they say that no rape was ever committed by them and the sex they all had together was consensual and agreed upon by the woman.
Allen and Hampton say they never schemed to drug and rape the woman. They state that they should not be considered sex offenders because they never violated the civil rights of the woman.
The men also blast the claims the woman incurred damages and explain that she suffered NO emotional or economic loss due to any actions by them. They also say she contributed to the events that took place and they claim they don’t owe.
All three men want the lawsuit immediately thrown out of court.
