Jamie Foxx was in the building for the Lakers vs. Sixers Summer League game in Las Vegas. Before he ended his interview with ESPN’s JA Adande he spoke out on the recent murder of black men and police officers in Dallas.
The message was we have to do better as a country.
That starts though with equality for everyone and treating everyone the same. One life shouldn’t matter more than another life, but that is where we are right now.
Where black lives aren’t as valued as white lives or police lives. Once we get that equality only then can we be a better country.
