The New York Jets have been one of the most disappointing teams of the season. A season ago, the Jets finished with a record of (10-6) during Todd Bowles first season.
Now, the team finds themselves at the bottom of the AFC East with a dismal (4-10) mark. As the Jets get ready to face off against division rival New England, they may have to do so without Bowles.
This afternoon, Bowles was admitted to the hospital with an undisclosed illness, which caused him to miss the team’s flight to Foxborough. If Bowles is unable to coach tomorrow, assistant head coach Mike Caldwell will serve as the head coach.
