According to a report from KBTX-TV in College Station, Texas, Texas A&M defensive tackle Zaycoven Henderson has been arrested on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana.
Per the report, police had been called about two men pointing a firearm at people and threatening to kill them at around 2:30 AM on Sunday morning. Per the Dallas Morning News, Henderson tried throwing the gun out of the car after the reported incident had occurred.
If convicted Henderson is looking at 2-20 years in jail.
