Allison Mathis filed for bankruptcy a couple years back, but she struggling to keep up with the payments, so they are about to go after her for all the money she owes.

The trustee explains Mathis has failed to make her monthly repayment payments. The amount she is in arrears comes to $7,462. She is also accused of failing to provide the trustee with docs pertaining to her future income. The trustee wants bankruptcy dismissed due to her failure to make the payments.
Her monthly income was stated as $3,985 but her expenses were $1,615.
She makes $2,685 from child support from Bosh and her family throws her $500 a month to help her out.
She only had $18 in her savings and $2k in furniture. Further, she claimed to only have made $30k during 2011 and 2012 in income and $30k in child support from Bosh in 2013.
Bosh pays for all the medical, school and extracurricular activities, as well as having joint custody. Miss Mathis hasn’t worked full time since 2012, only part-time with family members and is living off the child support. She needs more money to pay her creditors, she is suing Bosh for being fired off Basketball Wives, she has lost cases to try to get the child support increased to live off of.
The judge hasn’t made a ruling in this case.
