The short version of this story.
A guy wanted to show the world how people don’t care about the truth and will run with any story out there without fact-checking, so he posted a pic of him hugged up with a girl and media assumed it was Travis Scott cheating with an IG model.
On the surface, this is pretty corny and can mess with people lives. The Kardashians lashed out on him on social media and others have called him out for clown behavior.
You can still believe that, but he does make a good point in his video addressing the slander and frankly, this was something that I didn’t know, but I checked and he is correct.
He states that when he posted the photo he never used a caption.
That is important because that means he never implied he was Travis Scott, he just took a pic with a girl and wanted to see if people would jump to conclusions and think it was Travis Scott and they did.
He points out the first people who said it was Travis Scott were Nicki Minaj and Arian Grande twitter fan pages who were salty that Scott has been doing numbers.
His point being if people didn’t jump to conclusions this would have never become a thing, but since they did it just proved his point about where we are as a society.
Flip the pages for the scam and him pointing out he never stated he was pretending to be Travis Scott cheating.
