Security did a terrible job.
They let Marcus Peters casually walk into the stands and confront the fan.
It is hard to hear what the fan was saying to Peters, but Peters wanted the fan to say it to his face and the fan declined. This was close to becoming a violent incident, but nothing else came from it.
More and more athletes aren’t just taking what the fans are dishing out and confronting them. My point has always been if the fans go over the line the athletes have the right to do just that.
