Kathryn Mayorga has been claiming for a while now that Juventus superstar Christiano Ronaldo raped her in a Las Vegas hotel room back in 2009. They met at Rain Nightclub in the Palms hotel that June. He supposedly paid her $375,000 in hush money about the claim. She then pursued a criminal case against him.
Now, the Clark County District Attorney’s Office has announced that they won’t file any criminal charges against Ronaldo, according to TMZ Sports. This is due to “the allegations of sexual assault against Cristiano Ronaldo cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.” Mayorga’s original claim was that he exposed his penis in front of her asking for oral sex and then allegedly pinning her on a bed trying to have sex with her.
