When anyone criticizes Barack Obama, former president of the United States, he’ll respond accordingly.
Dr. Umar Johnson without question has the most detailed breakdown on how Obama fought for LGBTQ and other communities while neglecting the Black community per VladTV.
In an interview with The Breakfast Club, Obama spoke on why he’s criticized for not doing enough for the Black community and people perspective of how presidents should help society.
“I understand it because when I got elected, there was so much excitement and hope. I also think we generally viewed the presidency as almost like a monarchy. In the sense of, ‘once the President is there he can just do whatever he needs to get done and if he’s not doing it then it must be because he didn’t want to do.”
One thing is certain Obama’s demeanor and attitude towards America was far better than Donald Trump’s behavior. Has Obama done enough or nothing at all for the Black community?
