Annemarie Wiley is asking a Los Angeles court to order her estranged husband, former NFL defensive end and sports media personality Marcellus Wiley, to begin paying child and spousal support plus more than $200,000 in attorney fees while their divorce proceeds.
According to court documents filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ, Annemarie requested that Wiley continue funding the lifestyle she and their three children were accustomed to during the marriage. That lifestyle included private-school tuition, luxury vehicles and a home valued at least $7 million.
She did not specify an exact monthly support figure. However, she calculated the children’s monthly costs for childcare, private school and healthcare at $20,800. The mortgage on the family home adds another $18,000 per month, bringing those expenses alone to roughly $40,000.
Annemarie also stated that the children’s current school tuition bill totals $49,328.64. She claimed Wiley has refused to pay the full amount and instead demanded that she cover half.
In the filing, Annemarie alleged that Wiley stopped providing financial support approximately 19 months ago, ran up about $100,000 in debt on her credit cards and failed to repay it. She asserted that Wiley has significantly greater financial resources, citing a previous contract worth $2 million per year.
She said she spent the past nine years primarily raising their children and left the workforce following an alleged incident in which Wiley was involved with one of her co-workers. Annemarie currently works as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist but noted that her income fluctuates depending on available assignments and family obligations.
The specific figure she requested from the court is $237,000 to cover her attorney fees in the ongoing divorce case.
The divorce petition was filed in early July 2026, shortly after Wiley’s July 5 arrest in Florida on a domestic battery charge stemming from an alleged altercation at an Orlando hotel. Prosecutors dropped the criminal case on Aug. 10, citing insufficient corroborating evidence.
In her July filings, Annemarie also sought a restraining order, alleging a pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation. The couple was married for 12 years and share three children, ages 6 to 10.
Wiley has previously denied the abuse allegations. No immediate response to the latest support request was available.
The financial support and attorney fee requests remain pending before the court.
