What in the blue hell was Aaron Rodgers putting in his body?
There are three approved types of vaccination shots, but Rodgers had a treatment that no one knew about and felt was good enough.
This new information does mesh with him, saying he was immunized. He obviously got something done, but not what the CDC or the NFL approved.
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has tested positive for COVID-19 and will not play against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, a source confirmed to ESPN.
The NFL has considered Rodgers as unvaccinated since the start of the season, sources confirmed to ESPN and as first reported by NFL Network.
Under league protocol, if Rodgers tests positive and is unvaccinated, he must quarantine for a minimum of 10 days and cannot return until Nov. 13 at the earliest, if he remains asymptomatic.
Rodgers, 37, petitioned the NFL to have an alternate treatment that he underwent before he returned to the Packers that would allow him to be considered the same as someone who received one of the approved vaccinations, sources told ESPN. After a lengthy back and forth, the league ruled that Rodgers would not get the same consideration and would be considered unvaccinated.
I am really curious what type of treatment Rodgers got.
I doubt he will ever reveal it, but is it something that is just available to athletes? Do famous people have a secret doctor they go to that is giving them deer antler sauce?
There are so many questions but very few answers.
All we know for sure is that Rodgers has the RONA, and Jordan Love will start for the Packers against the Chiefs. This is a BIG opportunity for Love to show the Packers it is ok to move on from Rodgers in the offseason.
If he falls flat on his face, it will only give Rodgers more leverage.
