Rihanna Brings in New Year With Savage X Fenty Purple Thirst Trap Photos

If you are spending a lonely night on New Year’s Eve, at least Rihanna’s Instagram will keep you warm at night because she is dropping some absolute HEAT.

Remember, though, unless your lady looks like Rihanna, she probably will not look the same in this outfit.

Leave it to Rihanna to ring in the new year in sexy style.

On Friday, the 33-year-old lingerie mogul shared Instagram photos modeling a lacy look from her Savage X Fenty line.

She picked purple pieces from her latest collection, sporting the Romantic Corded Lace Push Up Bra ($64.95) and layering the matching Lace Brazilian ($22.95) with a Lace Garter Skirt ($44.95).

The Bad Gal teamed her underthings with heels in the same shade of maroon, captioning one photo, “when you actually lived up to your New Years resolution….pressure applied.”

She also slipped into her label’s Satin Long Robe ($112.95) for another snap, striking a pose on a staircase in the sultry look.

Rihanna’s been making waves with her seasonal styles lately; last week, she channeled the Grinch in fuzzy green Savage X Fenty separates.

You have been blessed.

Here is a little more about the Savage X Fenty line.

Savage X Fenty is a lingerie brand founded by Barbadian singer Rihanna that emphasizes confidence and inclusivity, and is designed for all genders, sizes, and backgrounds. Along with lingerie, the line features bras, underwear, sleepwear, and loungewear. The brand has an optional membership program called Xtra VIP that offers exclusive discounts, early access to product releases, and limited edition boxes curated by Rihanna herself.

Rihanna created Savage X Fenty with the goal of diversity in regards to size and color. When scrolling through the website or watching the fashion shows it is clear that every body type and race is equally represented. Before Savage X Fenty, Victoria’s Secret was the biggest lingerie company in the market, but mainly only included models that were tall, skinny, and presented euro-centric features. Consumers respond well to representation and since the brand launched, retailers in the US and UK have increased inclusive-sized styles by 34% and competitors have been trying to be more color-inclusive.
