Her new boyfriend Jordan also shared a sweet picture of the pair posing up together and he gushed over Sophie.
‘Someone once told me, with the right woman by your side you can achieve anything!’ his post began.
‘I didn’t believe them till now. I’m on cloud 9! And it’s all thanks to you. You truly are my Little Rock! Having you by my side this week has made me the happiest I’ve ever been!’
