LeBron James’ Younger Son Bryce James Potentially Transferring From Sierra Canyon For Former Rival

Bronny James, the oldest son of Lakers LeBron James, high school basketball career is officially over after he and Sierra Canyon didn’t make it to the state final. His next stop is college or the G League, and that announcement will come soon.

Bryce will be the lone James in high school for his brother and teammate, but he reportedly won’t continue his high school career at Sierra Canyon. According to Max Preps, Bryce is leaving Sierra Canyon for a former league rival Campbell Hall (North Hollywood)..

“Multiple sources have said the move is a ‘done deal’ and Bryce James’ school application for transfer has been submitted,” Fattal wrote. “James and his family have already toured the school. The family’s youngest child attends the elementary school.”

LeBron and his wife Savannah James recently made a gift to Campbell Hall for a new building called The Viking Center, which will feature the Savannah and LeBron James Athletic Wing.

It’s not a done deal yet, but everything seems to point toward Bryce leaving.

Will Bryce make that leap and potentially be an NBA player like his dad? While most people have been on Bronny’s radar for years, some in the basketball community believe Bryce will be better than his older brother.

LeBron’s younger son, Bryce is a high level prospect who will have a shot at making it to the league. He’s one of the top players to watch in the 2025 Recruiting Class.

A very skilled outside shooter with a soft touch and near perfect form, Bryce is a big wing with a high skill level and a quickly improving game.

Has a strong frame and should continue to add a few more inches to his height over the next few years. Is already dunking and will keep improving his bounce and body control as he grows into his frame.
