From Travis Hunter’s Hospital Bed, His Girlfriend Gives Fans an Update and a Message

The football world was horrified by Travis Hunter‘s devastating late hit against Colorado State in the first half. Hunter’s night in Colorado’s rivalry game against the Rams came to an end after being brought to the neighborhood hospital for assessment, according to ESPN’s Quint Kessenich.

Sanders announced after Saturday’s game that his star two-way player would be “out for a few weeks.” Additionally, Hunter’s fiancée released a message from the hospital with a photo of the celebrity on his bed.

She wrote, “Travis is well. “I thank you for the prayers,”

Colorado will suffer, as will the admirers who have loved watching him. In his first season playing under Deion Sanders at Colorado, Hunter has completely rocked the college football world.

Prior to Saturday’s game, the dynamic two-way playmaker has played 157 offensive and 183 defensive snaps. As a wide receiver, he has caught 14 receptions for 192 yards. He has made five tackles, broken up three passes, intercepted one pass, and only allowed three receptions on 10 targets while playing defense.

The Buffaloes are missing two players as a result of him being out. Both their best cornerback and wide receiver are absent for the Buffaloes at the same moment.
