NBA star LeBron James has made a huge announcement ahead of his 21st season in the NBA and it’s all about another children’s boob titled ‘I Am More Than’.
The book’s purpose is “to get kids to understand that they shouldn’t be defined by others and are more than just a particular talent or interest.”
LeBron James has made a huge announcement as he readies himself for his 21st season in the NBA.
James, who became the league’s all-time leading scorer last term, appears to have no intention of slowing down. But he does have plenty of other time for other ventures, the latest of which comes in the form of another children’s book.
The book, titled, ‘I Am More Than’, is the result of a partnership with HarperCollins Publishers and was written in order to get kids to understand that they shouldn’t be defined by others and are more than just a particular talent or interest.

“‘I Am More Than’ is about believing in yourself and all the amazing things you’re capable of, which no one else can define you,” the four-time NBA champion explained. “I hope everyone that reads it feels inspired to be ‘more than’ in everything they do.”
The upcoming book is LBJ’s third. His first, ‘I Promise’, is a New York Times best seller. He also made a middle-grade level book titled ‘We Are Family’ with journalist and writer Andrea Williams earlier this year.
“It’s been incredible to see students, teachers, and families respond to I Promise and its message of encouragement,” James added. “With the next book, we want to continue inspiring kids everywhere to keep dreaming big and not let anything hold them back.”
‘I Am More Than ’ is scheduled to launch on April 2, 2024.
LeBron James has children at heart looking at the kind of things he’s putting in place to help their development and growth. Kudos to him for this children’s book.
