Owner of the Dallas Cowboys, Jerry Jones, put the best possible spin on the emotion that follows a Super Bowl victory.
In the midst of the festivities following the Texas Rangers’ World Series victory this week, Jerry spoke with “103.5 The Fan” and talked about what it feels like to win a big sports championship. He said
“Sports, the rough times that you have with sports, everybody has it. Everybody. You can’t really play unless you have some hard times. But it is the absolute glory hole, to have that elusive win, to be the champion,” the Cowboys owner said.
“I’m so proud for every fan that’s out here, that’s headed that way, and the ones that are at home. I’m proud for every one of them. It’s really been, I might say, one of the reasons, that I wanted to spend my every day in life, in the world of sports.”
