Even though Tom Brady won’t be under as much strain on the field from blitzes, he will still be under pressure off it.
Tom Brady, the quarterback who has won seven Super Bowls, will be the focus of “The Greatest Roast of All-Time” on Netflix starting in 2019. Early in May, the streaming service will host a comedy event called “Netflix is a Joke,” which will include this roast.
This should be good: @netflix is hosting a roast for Tom Brady on May 5th… 😂

On May 5 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, an event featuring Jeff Ross, reprising his Comedy Central role as “Roastmaster General,” will be filmed for Netflix.
Brady will join a cast that also includes Matt Rife, Chris Rock, Ali Wong, John Mulaney, Chelsea Handler, Bert Kreisher, Jon Stewart, David Letterman, Tom Segura, and Matt Rife, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Brady’s “famous friends and frenemies” will be available, according to Netflix, to criticize the best quarterback in NFL history.
Tom Brady to get roasted by the finest
A portion of the 2024 Netflix Is a Joke Fest, which will take place from May 2–12, will feature a roast session with Tom Brady. Other events will take place at over 35 locations throughout Los Angeles, including the Hollywood Bowl, the Greek, the Dolby, the Forum, the Palladium, Orpheum Theatre, and the Wiltern, in addition to comedy hotspots like the Hollywood Improv, Largo, Laugh Factory, and the Comedy Store.
The biggest comics in the business, including Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Burr, John Mulaney, Sarah Silverman, Nikki Glaser, Kevin Hart, Trevor Noah, Cedric the Entertainer, Jon Stewart, Ali Wong, Wanda Sykes, Chris Rock, and many more, will perform over 300 live stand-up sets. Robbie Praw, Netflix VP of Stand-up and Comedy Formats said,
“This is a special time for comedy, both for Netflix and the genre at large,” “We have the privilege of working with comedians who are selling out arenas, winning awards, and building fandoms in the millions. In the 10 years that we’ve been doing stand-up, we’ve seen the art form reach levels we didn’t think possible. This festival aims to capture this moment by bringing together the world’s best comedians for an unforgettable 11 days.”
Brady has considered pursuing a career in comedy following his role in the movie “80 for Brady.”
After his legal team was compelled to issue a cease-and-desist letter to a group of comedians who had created an hour-long program called “It’s Too Easy!,” things got strange. An AI version of Brady performing stand-up was included in “A Simulated Hour-Long Comedy Special.”
