Before playing the Golden State Warriors, the Clippers are said to have sent two players home.
The Los Angeles Clippers have reportedly sent two players home from their vacation ahead of their Wednesday night matchup against the Golden State Warriors. Shams Charania of The Athletic first reported the news of P.J. Tucker and Bones Hyland’s dismissal from the team on Wednesday morning.
When Charania first posted a report by Tucker, he wrote: “Amid three months of frustrations, PJ Tucker will be away from the Los Angeles Clippers to reset mindset and is expected to rejoin the team after the All-Star break, sources say.”

The NBA insider continued, saying, “Development: According to sources, the Clippers sent two players, Bones Hyland and PJ Tucker, home from their road trip against the Warriors today. Following the All-Star break, both are anticipated to return to the squad.”
Although Tucker has long expressed his dissatisfaction, the Hyland circumstance is more unexpected. Hyland hasn’t been in LA’s rotation either, but he hasn’t been unduly angry about it, according to reports, and he hasn’t lost interest while sitting on the bench.
It’s crucial to remember that, as opposed to disputes with other players, these scenarios typically involve players and management or coaches. Despite being out of the starting lineup, Hyland and Tucker seem to have remained solid teammates. It appears that these two players will not be joining the Clippers in Golden State for the time being.
