LeBron James has finally announced his own podcast, and he will be joined by former NBA player and analyst, JJ Redick.
LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers will now add a new podcast to his already impressive CV. James helped start The Shop and has appeared on many podcasts in the past, but he is now going it alone.
JJ Redick, a former NBA player turned commentator, will be joining James for a podcast they are calling “pure conversations about basketball.”

With their extensive basketball knowledge, James and Redick can offer insightful commentary on the sport they both adore.
LeBron James could ease into a second career
Redick was an athlete from 2006 until 2021. After retiring, he joined ESPN as a broadcaster. The Old Man and the Three is the name of his own podcast, which has been getting more and more traction.
Although James hasn’t started his own podcast yet, it is finally happening with Redick. Weekly episodes, lasting around 45 minutes, are what are intended to be released. The episodes will be accessible on popular podcasting sites including iTunes and YouTube.
If James chooses to leave the game as well, he could be able to make podcasting his second career. Although we doubt that will occur for a few more years, we will undoubtedly listen to James’ opinions on all things basketball on this brand-new podcast.
