Despite his less-than-ideal OTA start, Caleb Williams isn’t letting it get to him. Williams, the first overall pick in the NFL draft, is anticipated to be the league’s next big thing. Caleb Williams sent an upbeat message on Instagram a few days after facing some initial difficulties. One of the quotes in the post said,

This year’s rookie Caleb Williams has more expectations than any other athlete in recent memory. Analysts projected Williams’s success to soar, as he came into the draft eager to outperform OROY CJ Stroud.

But for those hoping for quick success, reality has apparently set in as Williams appeared to struggle early on, finishing with just three passes in the 7-on-7 session. Williams’ early difficulties—which even the greatest players in the history of the game, like Tom Brady, had to overcome—should not be overstated given that he has only recently left the collegiate ranks.
Fans appear to be rather worried about Williams’s ability to fit in with the team despite this, but with his teammates supporting him and him being full of hope, these difficulties should quickly be forgotten.
