A Lawsuit Claims That Sean “Diddy” Combs and an Employee Sexually Assaulted a Woman and Sold the Assault Film as “Pornography”

Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is presently being held in federal detention while he awaits trial for allegations related to sex trafficking and racketeering. His New York arrest last week coincides with a wave of civil lawsuits claiming physical and sexual abuse, some dating back to the 1990s.

Thalia Graves, the eleventh and most recent victim to come forward, says that in 2001, Combs and his bodyguard drugged, restrained, and sexually assaulted her while filming the encounter. The rapper, who was born in Harlem, has denied any wrongdoing.

Combs, 54, was taken into custody in a New York hotel on Monday, September 16th, on allegations of conspiring to commit racketeering, forcing someone into prostitution, and transporting someone for that purpose.

Diddy’s crazy fetishes

In order to satisfy his sexual cravings, maintain his reputation, and hide his behavior, he allegedly “created a criminal enterprise” by abusing, threatening, and coercing women and those around him, according to federal prosecutors.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said: “As alleged in the Indictment, for years, Sean Combs used the business empire he controlled to sexually abuse and exploit women, as well as to commit other acts of violence and obstruction of justice.  Today, he is charged with racketeering and sex trafficking offenses.  If you have been a victim of Combs’ alleged abuse – or if you know anything about his alleged crimes – we urge you to come forward.  This investigation is far from over.”

They said that Combs had “lured female victims” into prolonged sex activities known as “Freak Offs” by using drugs, violence, and the influence of his status. They also disclosed that during raids on Combs’s houses in Miami and Los Angeles in March, they had discovered weapons, ammo, and over a thousand lubricant bottles.
