There Is a Coffee Shop in Jimmy Butler’s Opulent $6.6 Million California Home

Playoff Jimmy Butler is currently committed to the Golden State Warriors. After the season concludes, All-Star Jimmy Butler may take a vacation to his opulent house getaway south of San Diego.

Before the All-Star break in early February, the 35-year-old Butler departed the Miami Heat, where he was renting a property in Florida for $70,000 a month, to join the Warriors.

Jimmy Butler for the Warriors

Butler has lived in both warm and cold climates around the United States. He has played for the Chicago Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves, Philadelphia 76ers, Heat, and now the Warriors.

A $121 million deal through the 2026–2027 season was reached between Butler and the Warriors. He made $48,798,677 a year with the Heat. Even though California’s real estate market is far more expensive than those in those other locations, he can still afford the best of the best.

Jimmy Butler’s super mansion

His resort-style villa in Southern California is a true piece of beauty. The property was advertised by former Los Angeles Dodgers star Matt Kemp for more than $11 million, but Butler purchased it in 2020 for a steal of $4.3 million. It is currently valued at $6.6 million.

There are seven bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms on the 15,844-square-foot property. It features a music studio, a coffee shop, a cutting-edge movie theater, and more.

A huge Ininity pool, a cabana, an outdoor kitchen, and a basketball court are all located outside. View it by swiping through below. With his first championship under his belt, Butler and the Warriors hope he doesn’t have to withdraw until the middle of June.
