The WrestleMania 41 feud between WWE Women’s champion Tiffany Stratton and Women’s Royal Rumble victor Charlotte Flair occasionally featured more fascinating backstage intrigue than the action on TV. The most fascinating parts were when the backstage conflict intruded into the planned one.
As a result, the show was ideal material for WWE Unreal, a brand-new reality series that all five of its first season episodes were released on Netflix today, July 29.
The narrative of Stratton and Flair is told in the last episode of Unreal.
Ed Koksey, the head writer, is heard informing Paul “Triple H” Levesque, the chief creative officer, that Tiffany’s “0-3” barb about Charlotte’s divorces was what put Flair “upset” and “over the edge,” since “it obviously wasn’t written” in the script.
Triple H answered: “I need Tiffany to understand that’s obviously not how we do this. So, she needs to go to Charlotte and apologize and they need to get on the same page.”

And they did, it seems. Trips and producer TJ Wilson’s enthusiastic responses to Tiffany Stratton’s triumphant defense at WrestleMania are evident when the two women emerge from the curtain following the bout. They embrace before Flair utters the following later:
“It was good. I think [Tiffany] has a super bright future. She’s a star. Yeah, I feel like where I am in my career… I hope that launches Tiffany into where she wants to go next. Cause someone did that for me one time — or a long time ago.”
“That’s how you put someone over,” The Game tells her as well.
This Saturday, both ladies and men will compete for titles at SummerSlam. You can watch every WWE Unreal episode on Netflix by clicking this link.
