The Philadelphia Eagles will be without star wide receiver A.J. Brown this Sunday against the New York Giants. The team confirmed he’s dealing with a hamstring injury, caused during the game with Minnesota Vikings, that kept him out of practice all week.
It’s Brown’s first missed game this season and a big blow to an Eagles offense that relies heavily on his production.
Brown was coming off a dominant performance, posting 395 yards and three touchdowns this season. But the injury flared up soon after, and the team decided not to risk further damage. Head coach Nick Sirianni said the team will take it “one day at a time.”
The Eagles will look to Kelee Ringo to fill the gap, while quarterback Jalen Hurts faces extra pressure to keep the offense rolling.
At 5–2, Philadelphia enters a crucial divisional matchup short-handed, hoping Brown’s absence won’t slow their push to stay atop the NFC East.
