Ahead of his sentencing for his Mann Act convictions tomorrow, Diddy is receiving even more support from the lady who was scheduled to testify against him at his federal criminal trial.
In a letter to the judge on Diddy’s behalf, Virginia Huynh, who was better known as “Gina” during Diddy’s trial, blasted the prosecution for forcing her to become “Victim 3” in the indictment. As you are aware, Diddy was convicted in July of two counts of violating the Mann Act by bringing people across state boundaries unlawfully in order to engage in prostitution.
Gina claims in her letter that she sat down with the prosecutors three times and answered all of their questions, demonstrating her complete cooperation.
She claims to have turned over all of the evidence, including the text messages, pictures, and videos. Gina claims that while telling investigators she wasn’t a victim of Diddy, she felt under pressure to pretend to be one.
However, Gina claims that the prosecution persisted in their insistence that she was, claiming that the music mogul had pushed her into prostitution and engaged in sex trafficking.
However, Gina maintains in the letter that she was never trafficked and that she never had sex with Diddy or anybody else. Gina also claims that if she had been asked to testify, she would have told the truth.
