Chirayu Rana, a former banker at JPMorgan, has submitted what he says is fresh proof to back up his accusations of sexual abuse against executive Lorna Hajdini. This evidence includes an unnamed buddy who said he was asked to a threesome.
Alleged interactions with Hajdini in September 2024 are described in the anonymous witness statements, which include comments and facts.
After being filed and then withdrawn last week, the case, which JPMorgan maintains is wholly fake, unexpectedly returned in the Manhattan Supreme Court docket on Monday.
Hajdini and JPMorgan have strongly refuted the allegations. The Post was informed by many individuals that JPMorgan’s internal investigation, which examined emails, documents, and devices, turned up no proof of misconduct. According to the bank, Hajdini totally cooperated, while Rana did not.
On Monday, The Post also revealed that Rana had allegedly lied to the bank about his father’s passing in order to obtain paid time off, which he then reportedly utilized to draft the shocking lawsuit against Hajdini and his job. The Post discovered Rana’s father alive and well on Sunday, despite reports that he took time off for grief.
One purported witness, who seems to be a family friend of Rana’s, claims in Rana’s latest filing that he was staying at an apartment while visiting New York City and was startled awake in the middle of the night by Hajdini’s inebriated antics.
A “completely naked” Hajdini startled him up when he tried to fall back asleep. According to the affidavit, Hajdini sat on the couch he was sleeping on, lit a cigarette, and started pleading with him to “join them” in the bedroom.
The unidentified witness says Hajdini told him, “You know I own [redacted], so you better come join,” despite his repeated refusals.
He says he heard Rana begging, “No, no, no, you have to leave,” after she went back to the bedroom. This is not something I will do. Stop, please.
Later that night, Hajdini left the apartment, and a shocked Rana came out to tell how Hajdini “constantly harassed him and forced him to engage in sexual behavior with her on a number of occasions,” according to the documents.
According to Rana, Hajdini “reiterated his concern that Ms. Hajdini was blackmailing him” and threatened him with “trouble” if he didn’t cooperate.
According to that confession, Hajdini was “handsy” with Rana during Norwegian DJ Kygo’s performance at Barclay’s Center earlier that month.
