Bruce Jenner is back in the news for the fatal car crash in February which killed a woman, after Bruce hit her car and sent her into a head-on crash with a Hummer.
The step-children of Kim Howe are suing Bruce for wrongful death, claiming that he was both “negligent” and “careless” at the time of the accident.
But there’s several things in the case which go against the favor the step-children who are citing ‘loss of affection’ as their reason behind filing suit. For one, as pointed out by TMZ, the step-children reportedly had virtually no relationship with Kim Howe.
And as we reported, the 2 stepkids had virtually no relationship with Kim, and any damages they claim for her loss might be extremely hard to prove. They claim loss of affection, but friends who were close to Kim say there was no affection at all. Kim had no other living relatives.
And Also, the suit states Bruce was speeding at the time of the accident, police reports state Bruce was actually going below the speed limit at the time.
Currently investigations are still on-going, but the suit will be served to Bruce as more evidence is gathered.
