DeAndre Ayton boasts an impressive skill set and fits the profile as a generational center on paper. Only 20 years old, Ayton leaves something to be desired defensively but can run the floor, shoot and fits the mold of a modern day center. On Draft Day many analysts often used Joel Embiid as a comparison to the first overall pick’s best case scenario. Predictably, this didn’t quite sit well with The Process.
