Annemarie Wiley, a former full-time cast member on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” has filed for divorce from her husband, Marcellus Wiley, and requested a restraining order, accusing the former NFL defensive end of a continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation.
The filing, submitted in Los Angeles court on or before July 6, 2026, details multiple specific incidents spanning more than a decade. Annemarie Wiley stated in her declaration that trauma from the events has created gaps in her memory, noting she has “blocked out much of what Marcellus has done to me.”
Allegations Detailed in the Divorce and Restraining Order Filing
According to the court documents, Annemarie Wiley made the following claims:
- 2012: Early in their relationship, Marcellus Wiley raped her while intoxicated and attempted to sleep with two of her friends.
- 2014: He punched her in the face, causing a black eye.
- 2019: While she was nine months pregnant, he threw a bottle of Coca-Cola at her head.
- August 2025: He struck her in the face with his shoes.
- January 2026: He dragged her out of bed, berated her and hit her on the head. She alleged he then raped her while telling her she was “his property” and that she “had to do what he said.” She claimed he raped her a second time that same day and again two days later.
Financial allegations include claims that Marcellus Wiley borrowed $100,000 from her that has not been repaid and ran up her credit card bill to $100,000.
Annemarie Wiley expressed fear for her life and requested a restraining order requiring Marcellus Wiley to stay at least 100 yards away from her. She is seeking primary physical custody of the couple’s three children, spousal support and exclusive use of the family’s Los Angeles home. The date of separation is listed as to be determined. The couple married in 2014 and have been together for approximately 14 years.
I’m deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and concern for me and my itty bitties. Your support is fully appreciated.
I completely and unequivocally deny these allegations, and I’m certain the truth will prevail.
As you know, I’m usually the first to break down the truth and…

Recent Arrest in Orlando
The civil filing follows a July 4, 2026, incident at the World Marriott resort in Orlando, Florida, where the family was staying during a youth basketball tournament involving their children and others.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office arrest affidavit, Annemarie Wiley reported that Marcellus Wiley threatened to kill her and had sternly and intentionally poked her in the cheek with his finger the previous day (July 3), causing her fear and harm. She told deputies one of their children was present during or heard the argument. She reported no visible injuries and did not seek medical attention but stated she planned to divorce him upon returning to California and referenced an unreported history of violence.
Deputies arrested Marcellus Wiley, 51, on one count of misdemeanor domestic battery. He posted $1,000 bond and was released from the Orange County Jail. Court records indicate he was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim, no possession of weapons, firearms or ammunition, and was permitted to return to California.
Marcellus Wiley has denied the allegations of physical violence. In a statement to deputies after the arrest, he said he did not physically touch his wife at the hotel, that there has never been any physical violence between them, and that he believed she contacted authorities because of her intention to divorce him. He provided text messages exchanged between July 3 and July 4 that were described in the report as cordial and non-argumentative. One child interviewed by deputies stated they did not see physical contact but heard arguing.
Wiley has issued a public statement fully denying the allegations against him.
