ESPN has suspended Jemele Hill for violating the social media policy.
Here is their statement on their decision.

The problem with this of course is how can ESPN personalities not speak on social issues when the VP is walking out of games, the President is co-signing a race war and NFL owners are violating their players constitutional rights?
Nothing that Jemele Hill has said over the past few days have been incorrect and they have been about stories in the news that we all as journalists are speaking about.
ESPN will have to come with a stronger explanation than this.
