The New York Jets are 4-7 and nothing has gone their way this season.
From injuries, to dumb mistakes, they are nothing like the AFC championship teams of a couple years back.
Defensive back Darrelle Revis was lost for the year with a torn ACL earlier this season, but had some extremely pointed comments when asked what the Jets need to do to make a playoff push.
“Guys just need to shut up“, Revis said according to Kimberly Martin of Newsday.
“Quit talking crazy to the media, especially involving your teammates. I think that’s the worst, because when you do that, that’s when it really gets divided. Because you don’t know if you can trust your other teammate.”
While Revis provides advice the Jets desperately need to take, his ability as a shut down corner are what they miss the most this season.
