Cleveland can’t catch a break.
Former NFL running back Eddie George gave his opinion to TMZ about the Browns trading Trent Richardson to the Colts, and he seems to think that the Browns did Richardson a favor.
George, a former Heisman winner, said that “he was shocked to see Richardson traded,” but then added that Richardson “should be happy now, because he’s playing with a winner.”
“They might have done him a favor actually. Sending him with Andrew Luck … I think he’s in a good situation there.”
George then jumped into his Fox Sports analyst suit, and of course offered Johnny Manziel as a rebuilding piece for the Browns.
