The Houston Texans are pretty bad at the quarterback position, but Bill O’Brien and his staff are prepared to stay the course.
According to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, the Texans “won’t be trading for” Cleveland Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer.
For anyone who might be interested: Texans won't be trading for Brian Hoyer. I've seen that one making the rounds.

Hoyer enjoyed success learning the position while O’Brien was the offensive coordinator in New England. Hoyer seems to be headed for a backup role in Cleveland, so the deal could have made sense.
