The Boston Police Department is investigating a stabbing that took place in TD Garden aren around 9:45 pm Eastern time, while a Boston Celtics vs Memphis Grizzlies game was going on. The Celtics defeated the Grizzlies 95-92, keeping their fleeting playoff hopes alive.
Boston Police are currently looking into the matter, which Boston.com reports occurred in the balcony area of the arena. It is believed that the suspect was wearing a Rajon Rondo jersey.
The police have informed Fox 25 that the victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and has been taken to a local hospital.
