Ozzie Guillen is one hell of a character. He was the Chicago White Sox manager from 2004-2011 and won a World Series in 2005. No doubt that this was Ozzie Guillen’s most successful run in MLB. He did it HIS was and gave the media sound bites for days.
In a feature with ESPN called, Story Time With Ozzie Guillen he reveals that he was so drunk he didn’t remember his interview with the White Sox.
He says he was out partying on Miami Beach the night before and said his wife had to wake him up. After, he flew all the way there interviewed with the White Sox and flies back to Miami. Incredible.
