Cardi B’s new single ‘Be Careful’ just dropped and there are mixed feelings about it compared to her hit tracks ‘Bodak Yellow’ and ‘No Limit’ with G-Eazy. One thing for sure is that the haters went into FBI mode and found the same lyrics and beat by another person from 2017.
Rapper Jordan Thorpe aka Pardison Fontaine had a 2017 video of the song ‘Be Careful’ on his Instagram and forgot to delete it per Urban Islandz. New reports from Complex state that Fontaine knows Cardi personally since he has old videos of him and Cardi working together in the studio. It turns out his name is listed as a writer for this Cardi B song. He’s one of the 17 writers for this one song and was also credited on Bodak Yellow, so it appears he is an in-house ghostwriter . This is after Cardi B went on social media last year ranting about how she writes her own songs and there are fake rappers who don’t.
Interesting.
