The deposition of the NFL commissioner has begun.
Former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick marched into the NFL Headquarters with an Ali & Malcolm X shirt this morning to depose Roger Goodell and several NFL owners per Chicago Suntimes. He claims the NFL is keeping him out of the league due to his protest during the national anthem.
TMZ reports Kaepernick said he was doing “good” while walking in with his attorney Mark Geragos and Ben Meiselas.
“I love y’all and we gonna keep going!”
NFL executive VP Troy Vincent, Jerry Jones, Bob McNair and others were deposed earlier this week and more to come. The Seattle Seahawks recently postponed their workout with Kaepernick when he refused to stop protesting.
