An opportunistic teen held in a city-funded halfway house pulled the fire alarm Christmas Day, lit out of the facility and remains on the lam, police said.
Henry Corey, 16, was being escorted back to his room in the Sheltering Arms juvenile detention center on 127th St. near 133rd Ave. in South Ozone Park, Queens, about 8:30 p.m., when he yanked the alarm and took off on foot.
Pulling the fire alarm automatically unlocked the magnetic locks to the doors enabling him to escape.
He was last seen wearing a red do-rag, a plaid robe, gray sweatpants and white socks.
He is still on the streets.
