The Cubs have taken care of some business that needed to be tended to.
The Cubs were playing a regular May game against the Marlins, until we saw something on the Cubs broadcast that made us think. A fan there flashed a hand symbol that looked like a harmless “ok” type of gesture.
The problem with this is that recently, white supremacist groups have used this gesture. Of course though as stated above, this sign has many different meanings and good bit of them are completely harmless. No racist intent or anything to harm anyone.
However, some thought this was a racist hand gesture. Which led to the an announcement from the Cubs that they were investigating the matter.
That investigation led to the Cubs banning that fan for life.

Theo is making a stand and condoning any type of racism that happens in Wrigley Field.
Safe to say there will be plenty more reaction from this incident as we move forward.
